#Task office 365 update
List Sharing is available with an update rolling out to devices this week. It also appears that the default 'To-Do' list cannot be shared only user-added lists can be shared.įinally, by clicking the sharing icon in future, there is an option to limit the list to existing users or to stop sharing the list completely. If you're using a personal Microsoft account, lists can only be shared with other personal accounts. Lists can only be shared to users within your organisation. Unfortunately, List Sharing does have limitations. The invitation is a link, so it can be shared with other users in your organisation via email, text, etc. You can then send an invitation to others to join the list. Open Microsoft To-Do > open a list > tap the icon in the top right that looks like a person with a + (see right).
